At checkout, you will need to provide information about yourself including, but not limited to, your name, telephone number and e-mail address, which is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Prices quoted can be viewed in Great Britain Pounds Sterling (GB Pounds £), US dollars (US$) and Euro's. The price charged will be determined by the credit card company at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Your Shopping Basket allows you to modify your order at any time prior to checkout. You can view your order at any time by clicking on the 'Basket' link located at the top on every product page, or on the top right on the home page. When you are satisfied with the contents of your basket you can click on ‘Checkout’ at which point you can finalise your order. Once you place your order online we will send you an email confirmation informing you that your order has been received, and we will endeavour to meet your order. If any items are out of stock, we will advise you of approximate delivery dates.
When registering with us your information is stored in ‘My account.’ Once you have logged in you can access ‘My account’ to amend any details. Your personal details are 100% secure, and are protected during transmission using SSL encryption.
We may change registration requirements from time to time. When placing an order you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
The purchase of merchandise through the Tiffinware website is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the website in accordance with English law.

Stock availability, we aim to ensure all of Tiffinware's designs are available throughout the year. From time to time this may not be possible as all our products are handmade, and items sometimes sell faster than we predict. Payment and security: payments by credit cards online are processed by a secure encrypted third party gateway - Paypal who guarantee security and convenience. Tiffinware.com does not have access to any of your credit card details. These details are held by the credit card authority for billing purposes only. If you are not already registered with Paypal, you will be required to register with them to complete your transaction.
Payment can also be made by a personal cheque, made out to “Tiffinware Ltd”. Please allow a minimum of five to seven extra working days for processing your cheque payment after order receipt (in addition to the usual delivery time) to receive your order. To ensure fast processing please print off the confirmation email and post it with your cheque. Please write your cheque guarantee number, expiry date and home address on the reverse of your cheque.
Accuracy of content and portrayal of products, we take great care in the preparation of the content of this website to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. Due to their handmade nature, no two pieces are exactly alike, the dimensions and weight are approximate only. All dimensions are in centimetres and weight in kilogrammes.
Colour production is as close a representation as possible, a very slight variation in the actual goods may appear. Whilst we make every effort to render as accurately as possible the colour and design of the products that appear on the website, the actual colours you see will depend on your personal computer equipment, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the merchandise on delivery.

Delivery information; we aim to dispatch standard delivery orders between 5 to 7 working days of receipt, subject to stock availability. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Deliveries are made to the UK mainland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you, do view our delivery options for full details. Wherever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries and incur a £3.50 part delivery charge. Any delivery time scales are indicative only.

Overseas delivery charges and information; packages shipped via International Royal Mail or a courier require a telephone number for the recipient. Failure to provide a telephone number may result in a delay in dispatch. Transit times depend on the destination country and any delays due to local customs formalities.
The cost for overseas delivery depends on the overall weight of the package and the destination country. Any import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods have left us must be borne by the recipient and are outside of our control. There is no express delivery option for overseas.
Europe Standard Delivery (7 - 9 working days) Once your parcel has arrived in the destination country it will be passed on to the internal postal service if being delivered by International Royal Mail or the courier service.

Returns and refunds policy - we want you to be totally delighted with your order. We work very hard to maintain high quality standards for all our products. If, however, for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us by telephone to + 44 (0) 20 7288 0259 or by email to email@example.com We will be happy to offer a replacement or a full refund upon return of the goods within 7 – 10 working days, subject to the products being returned in their original packaging, in their new and unused condition. Carriage charges for returned goods will not be refunded, except in cases where goods have arrived in error. Please obtain a certificate of posting (available free from the Post Office) when returning unwanted goods to us. Returns received outside of the time frame will be considered for a credit note only and will not be eligible for a refund. Delivery and gift packaging charges are not eligible for refund.
Returns and refunds procedure
Step 1: If returning a faulty item please indicate if you require a replacement or refund. Please remember that in order to process your refund without delay, you must ensure the order number is included in your return package and that the goods are returned in their new, unused and saleable condition with original tags attached, wrapped securely, and received within 7 working days from receipt of goods.

We will process your refund as soon as possible and notify you by email once your return has been processed. During busy periods please allow 21 – 28 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed. Please note that the delivery charges are not refunded.
Cancellation of your order - if you change your mind about your order, you are entitled to cancel your order for any reason up to, and including the 7th working day of receiving the goods, under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000.
